With the new year in already screaming into February, my friend Treja and I decided we were behind on our annual portraits.
I always cringe when I see a photographers or other professionals portrait, then meet them to find out that the images they use to represent themselves are from 1984.
I have made it a goal of mine to do one portrait each year and continue to rotate them as the years pass.
This year Treja also got in on the fun and each of us created two images, one “professional” and one “fun”
For our professional images we chose a light background and semi natural make up.
Treja is in her make up chair and I am peering at some slide film of a past boudoir photo shoot.
For our fun shoots we took a riff off of an old anti drunk driving campaigns and the Meth Project campaign.
